100% action taken on all emergency calls with at least 80% of service recipients satisfied with APM’s emergency services.
Arrive at the scene within 15 minutes for a distance of 10km from the APM Operation Control Center for life-threatening emergency cases from receiving calls.
Give an initial response / receiver’s statement to a complete complaint received via phone/fax/email/mass media/social media within 1 working day.
Ensuring that all disaster victims are given assistance during disasters according to the set time period.
