The Human Resource Management Division (HRM) for an organization is very important in producing knowledgeable, skilled and competent human capital in carrying out the tasks and functions of the organization.

Objective
- Plan human resource needs in line with the Department’s mission.
- Manage human resource services efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and implement human resource programs through training and career advancement.
- Improve the competence of human resources through examinations.
- Ensuring human resources with integrity, discipline and motivation.
Function
- Manage and update human resource planning related to staffing and filling vacancies.
- Manage, coordinate and implement all human resource service matters.
- Planning, coordinating and implementing the Department’s examination according to the set examination criteria.
- Manage the appointment, promotion, performance evaluation and discipline of Department staff.
- Plan, coordinate and implement training programs and courses for Department staff.
Client Charter
We promise to provide support services in human resource management efficiently and effectively as follows:
- Ensure that the filling of vacancies under delegated authority is carried out within six (6) months from the date the application is received.
- Ensuring that the application for the filling of joint/cadre positions is managed within one (1) week from the date of notification of the vacancy.
- Ensure that the certificate of extension of the probationary period is submitted to the Approving Authority within three (3) months after the end of the probationary period.
- Ensuring that the mandatory retirement of an officer / staff member is taken within six (6) months before retirement while self-selected retirement is also within six (6) months from the date of receipt of the application.
- Ensuring promotion / acting for Closed Service support group officers are completed within six (6) months from the date of vacancy.
- Ensure promotion matters for the Management and Professional Group and the Mutual Support Group are submitted to the Public Service Department within one (1) month from the date the complete document is received.
- Ensure that disciplinary action under the Department’s jurisdiction is taken within six (6) months from the date the written complaint is received.
