The Training Management Division is responsible for reviewing and improving the training policy of the Malaysian Civil Defense Force (APM).

Ensuring that the training policy is followed and that the APM training module is consistent throughout the country.

Making APM’s training policy and training modules the best.

• Produce officers and members who are skilled and efficient in performing rescue tasks.
• Ensure that the training carried out meets the requirements and current conditions.
• Ensure that the training carried out complies with the curriculum that has been set.
• Produce knowledgeable and skilled officers and members to carry out rescue tasks.

• Drafting and compiling the training program syllabus for support forces, forces and permanent officers of the KP scheme.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of training.
• Set and determine training policy.
• Research and develop appropriate training programs from time to time as needed.
• Evaluate and report the achievements of the training that has been carried out.
• Ensure that the training carried out has a set level of safety.
