Provide and provide the best Support Services to all JPAM citizens and act as a facilitator or facilitator to function efficiently and effectively.

Making the Management Services Division more committed, proactive and sensitive to every change that occurs in the environment that requires immediate and efficient action.

• Mprovide support services and be a facilitator or facilitator to the Training Center / State / District / Divisions in JPAM.
• Ensuring that all forms of Support Services given or channeled have been / will be used by the Training Center / State / District / Divisions in JPAM optimally according to the guidelines and work procedures that have been set; and
• Ensure all aspects of security that include all JPAM citizens, documents / information, buildings and property (personal and Government) are always preserved and secured.

• Provide support services and facilitate Training Centers, States, Districts and Divisions within JPAM.
• Provide secretarial and coordination services to Training Centers, States, Districts and Divisions within JPAM.
• Provide facility services by managing and maintaining for the use of JPAM citizens.
• Provide public relations services for the delivery of accurate and clear information, increase the public’s knowledge of JPAM’s duties and responsibilities and clarification of any concerns regarding the policies and regulations implemented by JPAM; and
• Provide physical security services as well as document security and personal security for Training Centers, States, Districts and Divisions within JPAM.
