The Force Management Division is directly involved with the Civil Defense Force throughout the country in implementing force management. The Civil Defense Force is a volunteer force made up of civilians who are registered as members. This division is also the backbone in generating the vision and mission of the Malaysian Civil Defense Department.

• Force Records Management.
• Managing Team allowances, Bounties and uniforms.
• Acts and Rules.
• TAPPN Management (Tabung Amanah Perwira & Amanah Negara).
• Allianz Group Insurance
• Provision of incentives to members such as:
  • Uniforms
  • Allowances, compensation, consolation and bonus.
  • Promotion.
  • Issuing certificates and medals.
  • Manage the management and supervision of courses and training.
  • Responsible for the issuance of appointment letters and Official Gazetteing.
